PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay your order by:

- Credit card: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card. All credit card transactions are secure. Visa payments are done with Verified by Visa and Master Card with MasterCard SecureCode verification service.

- PayPal. In order to use PayPal payment method, you must have personal PayPal account from which the transfer is done. PayPal account works like a normal bank account.

- Bank transfer (direct debit). For customers with Finnish bank account can make the payments from their internet bank accounts. Supported banks are: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Sampo Pankki, Aktia/Säästöpankki/Paikallisosuuspankit/Nooa, Handelsbanken, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, S-Pankki.

- COD (Cash On Delivery – postiennakko), possible only for shipments inside Finland. Total sum of the order must be paid at the post office upon delivery of the shipment. COD payment term cost is 5,00€.

Only on-line shopping is possible. We don't take orders by phone or by e-mails.

There's no minimum order amount. Everything you can purchase on our website we have in stock.

All items remain the property of Makia Clothing Oy until full payment is received.

SHIPPING FEES

Prices in the webshop are shown including Finnish VAT 23%. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes. Non-EU customers can purchase their orders without value added tax.

FREE SHIPPING IN EU (including Norway and Switzerland but excluding possible custom and tax payments to these countries). Cash On Delivery extra cost whitin Finland is 5 €/shipment.

Outside EU:
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 100€.
Orders under 100€ are shipped with a flat rate 9,90€ (DPD).

DELIVERY

All shipments inside Finland will be shipped by Finnish post office (Itella Oyj).

Small shipments (under 2kg) outside Finland will be shipped in Finnish post office priority mail letter (Itella Oyj). Packages over 2 kg will be shipped with DPD. All DPD orders can be tracked from their website.

Your order will be delivered to the given address. Normal delivery time is: - priority mail: 2-5 working days inside Europe and 4-10 working days outside Europe - DPD: 1-7 working days inside Europe and outside Europe delivery times on request

RETURN POLICY

Makia Clothing Oy offers you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in original packaging and in mint condition. Please use the return form provided. You can either exchange your product or receive money refund.

Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage. Returns where postage is not paid will not be accepted by us. The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery or the product is faulty. Returns from Finland can be done via post office with our company name free of charge. See return form for details.

The terms apply where no other written agreements have been made between you as the purchaser and Makia Clothing Oy.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the district court of Helsinki, Finland.

Access to personal data

You can access your personal account data at any time under the section "My Account"– by entering your email and password. If you have forgotten your password then simply click on the "Forgotten Password" Link on the Login page. You can also ask us regards how to obtain your data, change or delete it. Simply send an email to store@makiaclothing.com.
